By using Simple Org Chart, you agree to these terms. They are written for a small web tool, not an enterprise platform.

The service

Simple Org Chart lets you build org charts in your browser. The free editor does not require an account. Premium (£9.99 one-time) unlocks extra exports, styling, and saved charts on your device.

Your charts

You are responsible for the content you enter. Charts are stored locally in your browser unless you export them elsewhere. We do not guarantee backup, recovery, or availability of browser-stored data.

Premium

Premium is a one-time purchase tied to your account, not a subscription. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something went wrong with checkout.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape the service. Do not use it to distribute malware or harass others.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it working and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every export will suit every purpose.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
